Ingredients

VEGS

16-oz each cans of:

green beans

yellow beans

kidney beans

garbanzo beans

1 chopped bell pepper of your choice

1 med onion chopped

2 stalks celery chopped

DRESSING

3/4 c. sugar

2/3 c. cider vinegar

1/2 c. veg oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Drain the beans, mix with the chopped veg. Mix up the dressing and pour over bean mixture. Toss. Refrigerate overnight. Can be prepared 2 - 3 days ahead.
