Ingredients

1 lb. pork or ground beef

1 (4 oz) can green chilies

1/2 (4 oz) can jalapenos

1 (16 oz) can diced tomatoes

1 onion

2 cups water or can chicken broth and water to equal 2 cups

flour for thickening

Preparation

Brown beef or pork; drain. In alrge pot, mix meat, chilies, jalapenos, tomatoes, onion and water (broth). Add flour to thicken (if needed). Cook 30-45 minutes. Serve with tortillas, chips, or rice.
