Ingredients

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1-2 cans crushed,drained(thoroughly)pineapple

1 stick butter

8-10 med. eggs

2 cups milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinammon

dash nutmeg

Preparation

1.Cut 1/2 thick slices of french bread.

2.Melt butter and brown sugar until carmalized and put in bottom of 13x9 inch pan.

3.Spread crushed pineapple overtop.

4.Arrange bread overtop to cover everything(even if you have to slice up bread).

5.Pour egg mixture overtop bread and cover w/foil.

6.Refridgerate over night

7.In morning pre-heat oven 400, bake at 375 for 45-1 hr. Take foil off last 10-15 min.
