Ingredients
2 Cups Self rising corn meal mix.
1/3 Cup Flour
1/tsp seasalt
1 1/3 Cups Buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
2 Eggs Beaten
2 lg. jalapena peppers chopped
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar cheese
1 can corn drained
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat Eggs add oil and buttermik and mix well then add to the dry ingredients. Fold in chopped peppers, shredded cheese and corn into this batter. Grease pan and pour batter into hot pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
