Ingredients

2 cup cooked and chopped chicken

1 doz flour tortillas

1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese

1 Onion chopped

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup flour

pepper to taste

2 cup chicken bouillon

1 cup sour cream

Preparation

  1. melt butter
  2. slowly add flour, pepper to taste, chicken bouillon, and sour cream in that order.
  3. set aside
  4. Put 2 tblsp cheese and 1 tblsp onion and chicken in each tortilla, roll and place in 9 x 13 pan.
  5. pour sauce on top of rolled tortillas and cover with remaining cheese.
  6. cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
