Ingredients
Dressing:
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
garlic (2-3 cloves)
kosher or sea salt
3-4 shakes balsamic
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. sugar
fresh basil (dried works too)
Salad:
1 lb. pasta
chopped tomatoes
chopped green onions
feta cheese
salt and pepper
toasted nuts
sauteed chicken breasts (2 fillets)
Preparation
Mix dressing. Pour half over cooked pasta. Mix in “toppings.” Add rest of dressing just prior to serving.
