Ingredients

• 1 Tblsp. Minced Garlic

• 1 ½ tsp ground cumin

• ¼ tsp salt

• 1/8 tsp black pepper

• 2 Tblsp lime juice (divided)

• 4-5 chicken thighs (possible to triple this portion)

• ¼ cup chicken broth

• 1 Tblsp. White vinegar

• 2 tsp. Cilantro, dried

• ½ tsp oregano

Preparation

take all dry indredients and garlic- make a rub and rub into chicken. Pan fry chicken till browned and partially cooked. Add lime, broth and vinegar and cook in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Freezes well.
