Ingredients
1 large head of cabbage(sliced)
1 large onion, chopped
2 sticks of butter
salt and pepper
1 lb wide egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
cook egg noodles in boiling water until tender but firm
drain and set aside
melt butter in skillet over low heat
add cabbage and chopped onion
season with salt and pepper
when cabbage begins to brown add drained noodles
continue to cook and stir until noodles begin to brown (@ 5 minutes)
