Ingredients

Velveeta Cheese 8 oz.

8 oz. cream cheese

Small can diced jalapeno peppers

small jar pimento

1 c. chopped walnuts

5 chopped green onions

Preparation

Roll Velveeta cheese between two long pcs of waxed paper until about 1/4" thick

Spread with slightly softened cream cheese. It must be soft, or it will tear the Velveeta

Spread cheeses with mixture of peppers, piminento and 1/2 c. walnuts

Roll and close ends.

Press remaining walnuts into cheese. Garnish with green onions. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Serve with crackers
