Ingredients

Salad:

1 Bunch Kale

2 Apples (cored & chopped)

4-5 Celery Stalks (chopped)

Walnuts (to taste)

Raisins (to taste)

Dressing:

2t Apple cider vinegar

4t Red wine vinegar

1t Dijon mustard

Dash of Salt

Dash of Water

4t Orange Juice

Preparation

Rip/cut the kale into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Add the celery, apples, raisins and walnuts.

In a small bowl, combine and whisk the dressing ingredients; increase quantities to taste. Pour over salad, and toss to distribute.

Refrigerate until ready to eat.
