Ingredients
1 bunch of kale - rinsed and chopped
1/2 C walnuts, pecans, almonds, or cashews
1/2 C water
Preparation
Steam the kale for 5 minutes, until tender.
Blend the cooked kale with the nuts and 1/4 C of the green water from steaming.
Add salt to taste if desired.
Process in a blender until smooth.
