Ingredients

1 bunch Kale (Finely chopped)

1 Large Potato (cut into small cubes)

1 Onion (diced)

3 cloves Garlic (chopped)

1 Whole Chile pepper (optional)

1 tablespoon MatoZest

2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preparation

Saute the onion, garlic and whole pepper in olive oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add the potato and cook until almost tender. You might want to add water occasionally to prevent sticking. Add the chopped kale and about a cup of water and cook until tender. Stir in the MatoZest and serve.
