Ingredients
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup wild rice
1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
4 green onions
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Preparation
Grate cheese, chop onions, slice olives. Set aside. Cook rice. Fluff rice while adding tarragon and sea salt. Add cheese, onions and olives and fluff again. Serve while rice is still hot.
