Ingredients

4 regular cans French-style green beans

2 tbs flour

2 tbs butter, melted

1 tsp salt

2 tsp sugar

3-4 tsp finely grated onion

1/2 pint sour cream

8 oz grated Swiss cheese

corn flakes, crushed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Paste the flour and butter, then add sugar, salt, and onion. Add sour cream and Swiss cheese. Gently fold in green beans and spoon into a casserole dish. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake for 25 minutes.
