Ingredients
1.0 lb Yuban Coffee
1.0 fifth everclear Grain Alcohol
7.0 cups Albertson’s Sugar
2.0 oz Vanilla Extract
7.0 cups Water
Preparation
Boil coffee (reg grind) in 6C water for 15-20 min. Cool and strain thru cheesecloth. 7C sugar in 10C water, bring to boil and simmer for 45-50 min. cool. Mix coffee juice and sugar water. Add vanilla and Everclear. Mix well, bottle. Enjoy!
