Ingredients
l c cocoa powder
2/3 c granulated sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar
1 c whipping cream
1/4 c Kahlua
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Stir everything except flavourings together in pot over med heat until mixture starts to boil. Continue stirring while it boils and time it for 1 min. Remove from heat and stir in the liquor and vanilla
