Ingredients
1 lb. ground lamb
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup oil
2 eggs
Preparation
Combine meat, onions, rice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Roll into 1" balls. Bring 2 cups water to boil in a skillet. Add meat balls and simmer 30 minutes. Remove. Dip the meat balls in 2 slightly beaten eggs and drop into hot oil. Leave in oil until brown on all sides
