KABOCHA SQUASH 2#

1 CAN LOW FAT COCONUT MILK

2 CUP ORANGE JUICE

1 TBS FRESH GINGER

1/2 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES

1 TSP ALLSPICE

Preparation

cut squash in pieces and remove seeds. Cook squash in microwave until tender. (5 minutes on high)remove flesh and put all ingredients in blender. Blend smooth and then place in serving dish. Microwave on low for 7 minutes to combine flavors.
