Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flor
2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
3 egg yolk beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups milk
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tsp Cinnamon
Preparation
Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Blend Combine Egg Yolks and milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in cooking oil. Carefully fold in egg whites. Do no overmix. Pour approximately 1/2 cup batter onto the preheated grill, close and bake.
