Ingredients
4 tablespoons juniper berries
2 tablespoons mustard seeds
2 tablespoons whole coriander seeds
2 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves, chopped fine
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
Preparation
Grind the juniper berries, mustard seeds and coriander seeds in a spice grinder or pulverize with a mortar and pestle. Transfer to a bowl. Add the fresh chopped rosemary, salt, brown sugar and black pepper and mix well. Set aside.
