Ingredients
1 1/3 cups margarine
2 2/3 cups flour
1 egg white slightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
6 ounces or 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 1/3 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation
Bake at 375 degree oven for 20 minutes
Dough: Cut margarine into flour. Beat egg yolk and combine with sour cream. Add to flour and margarine mixture. Mix together and form a ball. Refrigerate overnight covered.
Filling: Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Divide dough into 4 parts. Roll each wedge from outside to middle part Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes
