Ingredients

16oz Green Beans (fresh, frozen or canned; do not drain)

6-8oz Salmon Fillet (cooked and flaked)

1/4 White Onion; Large (cube and peel to layers)

1Tbsp Corriander Seed (crushed)

1Tbsp Dillweed (Crowns)

1Cup White Vinegar

1 Cucumber (Peel and Chunk or Slice)

1Cup Cold Water

Combine all.

Preparation

Be sure to add 1 cup cold water. Do not drain or strain the bean juice…If steaming fresh green beans keep 1cup reserve.
