Ingredients

Chicken Quarters (1-2 per person)

Garlic powder (2 tsp)

Onion powder (3 tsp)

Herbs de Province (1tsp)

soy sauce as a topping during the baking phase

Preparation

Place in a crock pot or large pot, and let it simmer for 4 hours (fork tender). Remove the chicken, and place on a tray, and put it into an oven heated to 350 for 45 minutes, after applying the soy sauce to brown the meat.

Let cool for 10-15 minutes, and enjoy!
