Ingredients

4 4-0z cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Fresh garlic minced to taste

Tabascor or other hot pepper sauce to taste

paprika

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients (except paprika) together and spread evenly into a brownie pan. Dust with paprika and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes
