1 1/2 cups white vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup capers
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp celery salt
1 red onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 lbs cooked cocktail shrimp
Preparation
Combine sugar and next 5 ingredients in a shallow dish Add shrimp alternately with onion Cover and chill at least 6 hours, turning often Drain shrimp and discard marinade before serving
