Ingredients

½ cup fresh Parmesan Cheese

1/2 cup chopped Vidalia onions

¾ cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Combine ingredients and mix well. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and pepper and Old Bay seasoning to taste. Spread cheese on small Rye rounds (approx. 20 slices). Broil in oven until golden brown and puffy. Serve while hot with a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
