Ingredients

1 prepared one-crust pie crust

4 cups sliced peaches

3/4 cup water

1 cup sugar

3 tbsp. corn starch

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. butter

1/8 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mash 1 cup peaches. Add water and cook 4 minutes. Mix sugar and corn starch, add to fruit mixture. Cook until thick and clear. Add lemon juice, butter, and salt. Let cool. Put remaining 3 cups peaches into pie crust, top with peach glaze. Refrigerate.
