Ingredients
3 lbs sirloin tips
12 oz A1 Steak Sauce
1 large sweet or vidalia onion, grated using a cheese grater
1 lemon, juiced
4 cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt and freshly ground course pepper
Preparation
Trim the steak tips of any excess fat and cut into lengths of 3 to 4 inches Place the steak tips into a plastic freezer bag Combine the A1 Sauce, onions, lemon juice and garlic, adding salt and pepper to taste. Mix sauce until thoroughly combined. Pour sauce over the steak tips and into the freezer bag, squeezing out as much air as possible prior to closing/sealing. Place the bagged steak tips into the refrigerator, turning the bag a few times a day. Prior to grilling, remove steak tips from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature. Grill the steak tips over high temp/flame for approximately 5 minutes per side or until cooked to taste.
