Ingredients
4 oz spinach linguine, uncooked
1 c whipping cream
1 c chicken broth
1/2 c freshly grated Parmesan
1/2 c frozen English peas
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Cook linguine, drain, and keep warm Combine whipping cream and chicken broth in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until thickened and reduced to 1 cup. Remove mixture from heat. Add cheese, peas, and bacon, stirring until cheese melts. Peeled, cooked shrimp or chopped , cooked chicken may be added with the cheese for a heartier dish
