Ingredients
1/4 cup salted butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup nuts (omit)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Beat for 1 1/2 minutes. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to cream mixture. Stir in bananas, sour cream and nuts and mix until well blended. Grease and flour a loaf pan (pyrex) and bake for 1 hour or until done.
