Ingredients
1 can creamed corn
1 box corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn with juice
1 ½ sticks butter
4 oz sour cream
Preparation
Melt the butter, mix in sour cream and muffin mix. Stir in the two cans of corn. Pour into a greased 9 x9 casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
