Ingredients

2lbs. of Ground Turkey

2tbl. of vegetable oil

1 onion diced

2tbl. of minced garlic

1 cube of chicken bouillon

1/2 cup of cilantro

1/4 cup of lime juice

Add pepper and salt to taste

TOPPINGS:

Tortilla chips

Lettuce

Tomatoes

Cheese

Sour cream

Salsa

Preparation

Sweat onions, cilantro, garlic in vegetable oil. Add ground turkey, bouillon and lime juice. Brown for 15 min. or until fully cooked. Salt and pepper to taste, julianne lettuce and dice tomatoes.

Place chips on plate, cheese, ground turkey, lettuce and tomatoes. Top with sour cream and salsa.
