Ingredients

9 eggs

3 cups milk

1/2 tsp salt

3 slices white bread white bread - cubed, slices

5 1/2 tsp dry mustard

1 1/2 lb sausage

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs & milk. Brown the sausage; drain.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a greased 9x13 casserole.

  3. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Uncover & bake 45 minutes at 350. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
