Ingredients
12 Oz Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Sugar
Pinch Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Sour cream
2 TBS Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation
Mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust & back @ 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
Increase oven temp to 450.
Mix 1 cup sour cream, 2 TBS Sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla and top cooled pie. Bake at 450 for additional 4-5 minutes.
