Ingredients

Wonton Cups:

3 x 3 1/2" square wonton wrappers, cut in quarters

Pam vegetable spray

Tartare:

10 oz sushi quality tuna cut into 1/8 inch dice, chilled

3 T chopped green onions - green part only

3 T toasted pine nuts

1 T plus 1 t soy sauce

1 T sesame oil

1 1/2 t jalapeno, seeds removed, minced

1 t grated peeled fresh ginger

Preparation

Wonton Cups: Spray mini muffin tin cups with Pam. Mold the wonton squares into the cups and bake at 350 degrees until golden - 6-8 minutes.

Tartare: Mix tuna and rest of ingredients together just prior to serving.

Place 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture in each wonton cup.
