Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 TBSP sugar

4 TSP baking powder

1 tsp salt

¼ cup cold butter

1 cup cold milk

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar baking powder, and salt well Cut in cold butter; add milk to form soft dough.

Knead 8 - 10 times lightly Roll out approximately 12" long x 8" wide x 1/3 “thick

Cream 1/3 cup soft butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 TBSP cinnamon 1/3 cup raisins or nuts (optional)

Spread cinnamon butter mixture on dough Roll up into a long cylinder Cut into 12 buns

Bake 400oF for 20 - 25 minutes

Let cool then glaze with a mixture of icing sugar and milk 1 cup icing sugar 1 - 3 spoonfuls of milk
