Ingredients

-1/2 cups orange juice

-3 small limes juiced

-1/2 c olive oil

-salt and pepper to taste

-1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro

-1 medium red cabbage shredded

-2 carrots shredded

-1 green pepper julienned

-1 jalepeno pepper finely chopped

-1 small jicama peeled and julienned

Preparation

-In a bowl whisk juices, cilantro, oil, s&p. -Toss with veggies -Cover and let sit 2 hours before serving
