Corn flour

Millet flour

Black rice flour

Water

Salt

Eggs

Chives

Lettuce (optional)

Fried dough sticks (optional)

Preparation

Mix corn flour, millet flour, black rice flour with water and salt into paste.

Pour the dough paste onto a griller and spread the paste with a spatula.

Add one egg on the pancake when the cake is set. Spread the egg with a spatula to fit the paste. Sprinkle some chopped chive on the egg water.

Turn over the pancake, brush with some fermented flour paste, and serve with lettuce and fried dough stick (optional).

Wrap the cake and serve.
