Corn flour
Millet flour
Black rice flour
Water
Salt
Eggs
Chives
Lettuce (optional)
Fried dough sticks (optional)
Preparation#
Mix corn flour, millet flour, black rice flour with water and salt into paste.#
Pour the dough paste onto a griller and spread the paste with a spatula.#
Add one egg on the pancake when the cake is set. Spread the egg with a spatula to fit the paste. Sprinkle some chopped chive on the egg water.#
Turn over the pancake, brush with some fermented flour paste, and serve with lettuce and fried dough stick (optional).#
Wrap the cake and serve.#
