Ingredients

1 whole cook dungess crab

Olive oil

1 clove garlic Garlic

1/3 c. Italian Parsley

S/P

1 clove of minced/pressed garlic

S/P to taste.

Server with your favorite Italian bread - like Country Italian, Batard, or Ciabotta.

Preparation

  • Deshell dungess crab. Shredd crab meat in to a medium size bowl.

  • Drizzle with enough olive oil to make the crab meat slighly glisten.

  • Add 1/4 - 1/3 cup chopped fress italian parsley (to taste)

  • Stir in 1 clove of fresh minced/pressed garlic.

  • S/P to taste.

Server with your favorite Italian bread - like Country Italian, Batard, or Ciabotta.
