Ingredients

6 burritos sized tortillas

2# ground beef, browned and drained

16oz Velvetta cheese, diced

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can beans (black, pinto, red, etc.), drained and rinsed

1 can Ro-tel tomatoes

2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350*. Mix Velveeta, soup, beans, and tomatoes in a microwave safe bowl and heat until cheese is melted. Cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with 2 tortillas. Layer on half of the ground beef, then half the cheese mixture. Repeat with 2 more tortillas, the rest of the meat and cheese mixutre. Cover with 2 more tortillas and top with shredded cheese. Bake in the oven 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
