Ingredients

1/30 ounces of bag of shreded potatoes

16 ounces of sour cream

1/16 ounce bag of sreded monstery jack and cheder mix

salt and pepper.

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl mix sour cream shreded potatoes and 3/4 of shreded cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Spread evenly in a 13 x 9 inch backing pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over the potato mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or untill warm in center. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes or untill chesse is golden and bubbly.
