4 cups rolled oats

1 cup wheat germ

1/2 cup flax

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup walnuts

5 tbsp. molasses

1/3 cup oil

1/3 cup water

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees
  2. spread granila over 2 baking sheets
  3. Bake for 45 minutes
