Ingredients
2 eggs
cooked white rice
soy sauce
2 Sausage patties(or shredded chicken or bacon or hashbrowns)
pat of butter
saute pan(or wok)
Preparation
- Melt the pat of butter in the saute pan.
- Add the cooked rice and “fry” until dry and slightly browned(NOT BURNT)
- When rice is ready, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, just until it looks like the rice is brown enough to your liking. This goes by your preference.
- Brown the rice and soy sauce mixture.
- Then, add the 2 eggs. Saute together until the eggs are cooked and the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Add chopped, cooked sausage(or other meats you prefer)
