Sweet/Vidalia Onion

Smoked Bacon

Olive Oil

Garlic Powder

Mesquite

Paprika

Salt

Pepper

A1 Steak sauce

Steak roll

Preparation

Pour some oil in a skillet Let it heat up at medium-high heat Cut up enough onion to fit on your roll Saute until caramelized When finished, take them off and put them off to the side somewhere. Add some more oil Cook thin steaks half way on each side Add paprika. mesquite, garlic powder, salt and pepper to each side Then you’d be makin’ bacon When the steaks are almost fully cooked, add cheese and finish until cheese is melted nicely Place on a lightly toasted roll and add bacon and steak sauce (preferably A1) Enjoy your Jersey-style cheese steak!
