Ingredients

As much LOBSTER as you can eat

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms

One can Cream of Mushroom soup

3/4 cup of milk

Cayenne pepper (to taste)

One pound small shrimp

3 pounds King crab legs

Cooking Sherry (to taste)

Preparation

Precook and shell all shellfish. Saute onions in butter until soft. Add lobster, shrimp, crab and mushrooms and continue to saute in LOTS of butter. Add cayenne to taste. Mix soup and milk together and add to shellfish mixture on lower heat. Slowly simmer the whole mess, gradually raising the temperatur. While it’s cooking, add sherry to taste. Do not smoke near completed dish. Serve over rice.
