Ingredients

2 6-8 ounce lobster tails

2 6-8 ounce snapper filets

Jerk seasoning

Olive oil

Hot cooked rice

Preparation

  1. Coat griddle with olive oil and place over medium heat
  2. Season lobster tail and snapper with salt and pepper
  3. Coat both sides of lobster and snapper with jerk seasoning
  4. Grill lobster tail for 2-3 minutes per side
  5. Grill snapper for 3-4 minutes per side
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice
