Ingredients
2 6-8 ounce lobster tails
2 6-8 ounce snapper filets
Jerk seasoning
Olive oil
Hot cooked rice
Preparation
- Coat griddle with olive oil and place over medium heat
- Season lobster tail and snapper with salt and pepper
- Coat both sides of lobster and snapper with jerk seasoning
- Grill lobster tail for 2-3 minutes per side
- Grill snapper for 3-4 minutes per side
- Serve over hot cooked rice
