Ingredients
6 green onions,chopped
1 onion,chopped
1 jalepeno pepper,seeded and minced
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 T brown sugar
1 T chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp EACH ground cloves,ground nutmeg ,ground allspice
1 1/2 pounds skinless,boneless chicken breasts
2-3 limes,cut into wedges
Preparation
In a food processor (or blender) , combine all ingredients except the chicken.Mix for about 15-20 seconds/Place the chicken in a medium bowl and coat all sides well.Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight.Preheat grill.Cook chicken 6-8 minutes or until juices run clear and is cooked through.Serve with wedges of lime .Garnish with chopped scallion if desired.
