Ingredients

4 eggs

2& 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup whipping cream

1 cup half and half

6 cups whole milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs until creamy.
  2. Add sugar and beat.
  3. Add cream, milk, and vanilla & beat thoroughly.
  4. Chill mixture.
  5. Put in ice cream freezer and process until frozen.
