Ingredients
2.5lb Red Snapper
2 Large ripe, red Tomatoes
4 Garlic cloves, minced
Capers to taste
1 rage bag of spinach, cooked.
Olive oil to taste
truffel infused mashed potatoes
Preparation
Rinse the Red Snapper and prepare the filets for cooking.
Saute: garlic, olive oil, spinach, tomatoes, (add onion if you like)
