Ingredients

1 package of elbow macaroni

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup flour

1 cup milk

2 cups cheddar cheese

1 cup romano cheese

1 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Preparation

First, boil water and cook the pasta. Heat butter and flour in a saucepan until mixed well. Add milk and continually stir for 10 minutes. Stir in pasta and cheese until melted and blended well. Lightly salt and pepper.

Pour the contents into a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs over the top. Bake on 350 for about 20 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the top is lightly browned.
